I work for an international bible translation agent, called The Word For The World Bible Translators (TWFTW). In the organisation l serve through intentional coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives for personnel. My role is personal and Personnel developmnet coordinator for Southern Africa region. I coach National Directors, Students on a scholarship, exegetes as well as Consultants in Training (CITs) I train and coach translators doing oral bible translation projects as well as identifying and coaching OBT trainers. I also teach in the orgnaisation faculty where I specialise in Applied Lingiustics
