Strength Coaching
WHY STRENGTH ASSESSMENT Everyone has a specific set of natural talents and abilities. When we intentionally apply our talents, they can become our greatest source of fulfillment — we become more confident, happy, energetic and likely to achieve our goals. Based on decades of research on talents, strengths and success, the CliftonStrengths assessment is essential for empowering individuals and teams to set and achieve their goals. This assessment is not a personality test and it is not a performance review. it provides personalized insight into your God-given gifts and talents—these are the parts of yourself that you use to achieve success and find purpose. You can intentionally invest time and energy into developing these talents and giftings into strengths that help you consistently succeed in family, community, and calling. A strengths-based development strategy starts by focusing on what people do well. It then emphasizes and builds on those strengths to help individuals become even more productive. Employees who receive strengths feedback have turnover rates that are 14.9% lower than those for employees who do not receive feedback.
