Hello and welcome! I'm a psychotherapist and sports mental skills coach with over 20 years of experience. Congratulations on taking an important step to improve your athletic performance, improve your overall well-being and gain support and guidance as you navigate your life! I work to collaborate with clients to outline your goals, identify any blocks you may have and learn important tools and coping mechanisms to deal with life in and out of the sports arena. I specialize in teaching sports mental skills to athletes and provide a support group for parents of athletes. I also love to work with clients in need of emotional support in dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship issues and grief and loss. My approach is direct but compassionate and I focus on helping you create balance and peace in often chaotic times. I'm so excited to hear from you and support you on your journey!
