Welcome! I'm Alex Higgins (they/she), a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with a Master’s degree in Integrative Health and certification as a Personal Trainer. My practice is dedicated to supporting all individuals in their pursuit of wellness, offering a compassionate, affirming, and personalized approach to health coaching.

As a queer-identified coach, I understand the unique health needs of the LGBTQ+ community and I create a safe space for clients to explore their values and build wellness routines that truly resonate with who they are. My approach is compassionate and holistic, aiming to address not just physical health but also emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Whether you're seeking support in reaching your health goals, wanting to reduce stress, or preparing for or recovering from gender-affirming surgery, I am here as your ally every step of the way.
