I am a qualified Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapist and Social Worker within the NHS. I have significant experience working with young people and have done so for the past 12 years of my career. I started my career in teaching, before retraining in systemic social work, and more recently psychotherapies. I am able to support individuals, couples, young people, and families with mental health concerns working collaboratively to support needs, and make meaningful lasting change.

I am able to offer face to face sessions within Manchester, and additionally online sessions as well. have vast experience working with young people and their families. I have spent the majority of my career supporting others in need. I am able to offer CBT, Systemic Family Interventions, DBT Skills, Problem Solving, Coaching and Motivational Interviewing to overcome your problems.

As a therapist who myself has experienced difficulties in life with mental health and sought my own therapy. I know how much of a big step & nerve wracking process this can be. I will always support you to the best of my ability and ensure you are getting the appropriate and correct therapy for your needs.
