In this session, I will work on supporting your body in balancing your chakras. We will begin with a consultation to discuss your needs and desires from the session. I will support you in relaxing and getting into a meditative state to begin the session. During the session, I will use engery to stimulate the healing and energy cleansing within your own body. Reiki is a powerful healing energy that can support your body in pain relief, anxiety reduction, grief processing and release, and healing from surgery. Overall, it can stimulate the immune system. As the session progresses, I may use crystals or sound bowls to further facilitate the movement of trapped or stagnant energy within your body. Afterwards, you will feel relaxed and often energetic. The Reiki energy stays within your body for up to three days, so you can expect to feel the effects for some time.
