As a highly experienced Business Growth Coach & Mentor, with 15 years previous experience in global commercial roles, I assist Business Owners in identifying the barriers that are holding back your business to develop a vision, strategy & plan to achieve a swift & sustainable phase of rapid growth.

I work in partnership with you as a confidential trusted business advisor to literally transform your life & enable you to work 'on' the business, rather than 'in' it. 

I support business leaders in taking a ‘helicopter view’ of your business to identify what is really important & clarify priorities to develop a growth strategy which exploits opportunities for greater business success.

I begin by assessing the current direction & reality of your business versus its future vision & then developing a bespoke high growth plan. After conducting a company-wide review, typical areas improved are Sales, Marketing, Operations, Recruitment & Culture.

As a Business Leader you will be able to develop your strategic thinking and planning to enhance individual, team and business performance. We will work together creatively to help embed a more innovative & entrepreneurial culture across the business, supporting you to identify opportunities, stimulate & evaluate ideas to create new, improved products & services to secure your competitive edge.
