I work primarily with women between 35 and 65 navigating their healing journey in all ways possible. My specialty is with chronic pain and body “aches” that don’t seem to get better, and provide guidance with making health choices. I beleive the body has the ability to heal itself given the oppertunity to do so. I see it as my job to help individuals find that healing path for themselves. I meet everyone where they are now and help guide to a state of improvement, healing, and wellbeing.
