How I work
How I work
I'm a Brazilian wellness professional with a strong background in yoga, mindfulness, breathwork and personal development.
For more than 10 years, I have been exploring and practicing different approaches to wellbeing, combining breath, mindful movement, relaxation and self-awareness in practical ways.
I also founded Instituto Atma, a Brazilian nonprofit focused on using yoga and human development to support mental health and wellbeing in workplaces and other environments where these practices can make a meaningful difference.
My approach is simple and accessible. I believe wellbeing practices don't need to be complicated or take a lot of time to become part of everyday life.
In my online sessions, I combine breathing exercises, gentle physical movement, introspection and relaxation to help people release tension, reconnect with themselves and develop practical tools for managing everyday stress.
I enjoy working with people from different backgrounds and creating a welcoming environment where everyone can participate at their own level.
What your first session may look like
What your first session may look like
The first session is a relaxed introduction to the practice and to each other.
We'll start by understanding how you're feeling and what you would like to work on. From there, I'll guide you through simple breathing exercises, mindful movement, relaxation and a short moment of introspection.
The session is practical and adapted to your needs and experience. You'll leave with a few simple techniques that you can use in your everyday life.
