In this consultation, we will discuss what has brought you to Reiki. We'll go over how you are feeling and if there are any areas you are feeling blocked or in pain. I will then offer a short distance Reiki session to introduce you to energy healing. We'll then debrief the experience and I will review what you can expect and offer any suggestions based off of the discussion or session.
