Independent platform reviews
You can read public reviews of the BYOU platform on Trustpilot and current ratings in the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those services control their own publication and moderation processes.
Honest feedback
BYOU asks clients for honest feedback after eligible completed bookings. Positive and critical experiences are both useful, and a review should never be exchanged for a reward.

If a review appears unrelated to a real experience, contains private information or otherwise needs attention, contact BYOU with the public page link and relevant booking reference.
