Tracy is a certified Coach from NYU also working toward her ICF accreditation, and is a certified Health Coach from the Institute of Integrated Nutrition (IIN). Tracy will partner with you on a provoking a creative exploration of your inner self allowing you to unlock your true potential and live more fully. Coaching can help you cultivate deeper self-awareness, leading you to set a course to greater personal and professional growth.
In addition to traditional coaching, she specializes in combining spiritual modalities and holistic wellness practices for both personal and career development. Alongside traditional coaching methods, based on the client’s interest she can incorporate tools such as collage creation, oracle card readings, and meditation to help clients tap into the subconscious mind, inner wisdom, and intuition. Tracy brings a well-rounded and evidence-based approach to personal development and transformation, offering clients a comprehensive tool kit for achieving their goals. Whether it's finding purpose in one's career or optimizing overall well-being, Tracy is dedicated to guiding individuals on a holistic journey toward success, self-discovery, and spiritual alignment.
Tracy has been studying and practicing different spiritual modalities starting when she was just a teen. She has studied thought leaders like, Adyashanti, Eckhart Tolle, Caroline Myss, and later in life, Ram Das, Matt Khan, and Michael Singer to mention only a small fraction of her influences. She is a Deeksha blessing giver and spent over a month in India studying with monks at the O&O Academy in 2014. Tracy also works with master plants having attended multiple Ayahuasca healing retreats with Shipbo healers in Peru in recent years.
In addition to spirituality, Tracy attended FIT majoring in photography. She found her voice as a collage artist landing in the permanent collection at the Leslie Lohman Museum. She shows her work in a variety of galleries in the Lower East Side of Manhattan, most recently at Van Der Plas Gallery. She has found hidden magic combining art, spirituality, and coaching together to tap into the power of co-creation with her clients and a higher power.
