How I work

Hi, My name is Tanya Hughes, and I’m absolutely thrilled that you are joining me on your transformation journey. My philosophy is "True wellness comes from the interconnection of Body, Mind and Spirit, and real transformation begins with Mindfulness and Higher Consciousness." I struggled with my own physical and emotional health when I was very young which led me to complete my Masters of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and began a life long passion for holistic health care, energy medicine, mindfulness and neuroscience. I now have over 25 years of clinical and coaching experience helping clients all over the world attain greater Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual Health. My greatest joy is seeing my clients recapture their health while mastering emotion, mindset and intuition for accelerated success in life and leadership.
