Hi! I'm Sharon, a Leadership Confidence Coach My approach is warm, honest and practical. We slow things down, explore what is getting in the way and turn insights into realistic next steps. When I started speaking up, sharing ideas, and bringing solutions instead of waiting to be picked, people began trusting me with bigger projects and more ownership. Now I help new and first-time leaders make that same shift. I use neuroscience-informed coaching to help clients change the thought and behaviour patterns that hold them back.
