What to expect
After decades of burying who I was, what I wanted, and how I wanted to live, my road to self-discovery and finding my inner phoenix was long but worth it. Helping you do this work in a way that brings you freedom and joy on a much shorter path than I took, is my top goal. My soft spot - my passion - is teenagers and families. I have three kids and like most parents, I was asking so many questions. Some of these questions are well-meaning but miss the mark. Sometimes I was asking the right questions but still struggling to help bridge the gap between thoughts and actions. My work centers around partnering with you and your family to improve communication and strengthen your conflict-resolution skills. Increasing the connections within your family is at the heart of our time together.
