Key elements of a holistic lifestyle change might include: Diet: Eating a balanced and nutritious diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein. Exercise: Regular physical activity that incorporates both cardio and strength training. Stress management: Techniques like meditation, mindfulness, yoga, or deep breathing to manage stress levels. Sleep hygiene: Prioritizing quality sleep by maintaining a consistent sleep schedule. Social connection: Spending time with loved ones and fostering positive relationships. Mindfulness practices: Paying attention to the present moment and being fully aware of your thoughts and feelings. Spiritual practices: Engaging in activities that connect you to your higher purpose or beliefs, whether through prayer, nature walks, or creative pursuits. You will learn how your body works and how you are designed to eat.
