My name is Lami and I've been in healthcare as a nurse for 26 yrs. I started on a health journey in 2020 when I was diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis. I researched the best way to achieve optimal health and realized there was much more to health than just medications and procedures. Then I found Holistic health. Incorporating the importance of a balance with the Mind, Body and Soul for overall wellbeing is essential.
I have been blessed and have enjoyed my career as a nurse but it was always more about my connection to people that I loved most. As I discovered Nurse coaching ( health coach with an RN background), I knew that it's a much more cohesive way for me to serve the community. It's become my next chapter in life. My intention is to educate and advocate for those wanting transformational life changes and to help find what serves their soul to make them happy and healthy.
