For the past decade, I’ve been dedicated to supporting people in their journey toward greater balance, self-awareness, and inner wellbeing as a Reiki Master/ Teacher/ Energy Healer and Pythagorean Numerologist. I work with clients worldwide through in person and distance/ online offering a gentle, intuitive, and safe space for releasing emotional burdens, gaining clarity, and reconnecting with oneself. Three years ago, I completed my Kundalini Yoga Teacher certification in India, integrating movement, breathwork, meditation, mantra, and sound into my offerings. In recent years, I’ve led breathwork workshops where participants report greater focus, improved emotional balance, and a deeper sense of presence. With women in particular, I created the Sisterhood Rising Circle to help them connect with their feminine energy and bring harmony to their natural cycles. At the same time, I deeply value work with men who often find breath work helps them become more focused, grounded, and productive in daily life. Alongside these practices, I offer consultations in Pythagorean numerology to help people better understand their personal numerology cycles and opportunities for growth. My mission is to contribute to a more conscious world, believing that as each of us brings more balance and awareness into our lives, we naturally create ripples of positive change around us.
