What to expect
My wish is to help you transform your professional life as coaching has transformed mine. I have discovered my life's purpose (giving back) and established a vision for how I live and work (always asking "how can I help?"). I am healthier, have better relationships with family and friends, feel more fulfilled and sustainable. My investment in coaching has helped me achieve all of these benefits, and more! I am devoted to giving back what I have been fortunate enough to receive and coaching/mentoring is how I pay it forward. My coaching/mentoring offers you a safe space, curated by 30+ years of diverse leadership experience and professional coaching education, where you can explore, experiment and set goals. My only objective is your success, happiness, fulfillment, sustainability.....I am independent and objective. You may come to our partnership with well-defined goals, or you may be exploring your own potential and looking for direction and inspiration. As your coach/mentor I will help you reflect, encourage you to explore different perspectives, help you to know yourself and commit to actions which will take you forward. We will mutually agree on the optimal mix of coaching (I help you find your own answers, through a coaching process) and mentoring (I bring some of my experience, for example in comparable situations, to inspire your thinking and evaluate alternatives). In each session we will start by focusing on the time we will have together, agreeing how you wish to use your time and what you would consider to be "success" for our partnering.
