Hello lovely Soul, nice to meet you, my name is Gabriella, I am a 200 hour yoga teacher, Pranayama breath work certified, Reiki Master and Reconnective Healing Practitioner. I have been teaching and practicing, walking on my own spiritual path for 10 years now. I understand how fast and stressful life has become, and I am here to serve with tailored yoga classes, to soothe the nervous system; help you go deeper into healing your body-mind-soul through recalibrating our energy centres with Reiki Healing, Shamanic journeying, yogic breath work and guided meditations.
Reiki attunements are invitations or a process of attuning our energy system to receive and channel the Reiki energy frequency spectrum. The different levels come with different frequencies. It's a beautiful process that opens us up to love healing and balance.
