I have been involved in development for more then 25 years. My journey started by my university studies of regional development, continued by 14 years of leading logistics international projecs and teams for multinational companies. After the first wave of Covid I nominated my colleague to take over my role. My heart went to helping ambitious managers and leaders to their thriving leadership roles and lives as their leadership coach, mentor and trainer.
