Hello there nice to meet you. My name is Maaria and I am a qualified psychotherapist who has been practicing for the past 3 years. I have worked with a diverse range of clients who have faced difficult challenges in their lives such as, facing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship breakdowns, lack of purpose, low self esteem and confidence and many more. I also have a special interest in supporting Mums during the postnatal and prenatal stages as well as helping them tackle the transitions to motherhood.
