Could we be a good fit?
Support that feels clear and personal
You feel drawn to pausing and contemplation, find beauty in art, and long for a way of connecting with the world that feels authentic to you—a way of relating to life that emerges from your own experience.
It is for you if you are looking for a space of support and exploration, where gentle prompts and contemplative practices can help you discover your own way of feeling, listening, and understanding through the body and mind.
This practice is for you if you need silence, and someone to share that silence with you. If you long for a kind and compassionate presence that can meet you in whatever circumstances you are facing, while helping you cultivate the practice of remaining present without becoming lost in them.
Who I help
Who I help
I work with adults who feel drawn to cultivating their ability to be present and developing a greater openness to life, with parents who wish to become more present to their children’s worlds and with families who want to introduce contemplative practices into their children’s lives through simple, playful, and meaningful experiences.

How I work
How I work
My approach is to make mindfulness easy, enjoyable, and accessible in your everyday life. I believe it is more meaningful to cultivate a genuine enjoyment of practice and a desire to return to it than to follow a demanding routine.
Sometimes, practice can be as simple as taking three conscious breaths, noticing and naming what is beneath your feet, or placing your hands on your belly and feeling your breath.
These small moments of awareness nourish an entire universe of practice that begins with simplicity. Step by step, we discover that peace is not somewhere we need to get to, but something we can touch in the midst of our everyday lives. We find our practice at every step.
What your first session may look like
What your first session may look like
When you join a mindfulness session with me, we move through three moments: grounding, exploration, and integration.
1. Grounding
We bring our attention to the body and to the direct experience of what is happening within us and around us. From there, we make space to recognize and put into words whatever we would like to explore, understand, or bring into the session.
2. Exploration
We open a space for expression and deep, nonjudgmental listening. You can bring any situation from your life, sensation, emotion, or thought that is present for you, and we attend to it through mindfulness. We explore what arises, identify possibilities, and learn simple contemplative practices, using your own experience as a starting point for inquiry and discovery.
3. Integration
We close with a moment of deep relaxation and stillness, allowing the body to process and integrate what we have explored during the session. We make space for the experience to settle, noticing what insights emerge and how they might continue to accompany us beyond the practice.

This service is for people who wish to see themselves as mindfulness practitioners and cultivate an ongoing relationship with the practice. For those who want to understand mindfulness not simply as a tool, but as a way of approaching life—one that gradually opens up new perspectives and possibilities for relating to the world.
It is for those who are discovering their own way of being in the world and would like someone to share that process with: a compassionate witness to their experience and practice, with whom they can continue exploring, deepening their practice, and feeling accompanied along the way.
