Mind-Body Integration

A body–image–consciousness approach to releasing fixed patterns and restoring psychological flexibility. I use the Integrative Reduction method — no analysis of the past, no esoteric interpretation. We work here and now with sensations, images, and attention.

What to expect

After a session, you may notice: A somatic shift. Your body responds in its own way: warmth, tingling, goosebumps, a spontaneous deep breath, relaxation, softening of tension, a sense of lightness, or release in the chest and throat. These are signs that a fixed pattern has loosened. A change in behavior. You may find yourself acting differently in situations that used to trigger the old pattern — with less reactivity, more choice, or a response that feels more like you. Sometimes, a fading of the original request. It can happen that the problem you came with temporarily fades from memory or feels distant, irrelevant, or already resolved. This is not a failure or a sign of something wrong. It is a sign that the fixation has released its grip.
