Then coaching may be an opportunity for you to change that situation. I offer a 30' free session to get to know each other and how I work. Then, if you decide to continue, we will define your coaching objectives and the number of sessions to consider. I use different tools (DiSC Assessment with extra 100€ cost) and methods to help you find your way. The most important tool that I use is the trust created in our coaching sessions. Everything we say is totally confidential and our coaching sessions are a safe space for you to express yourself.
